A robot is a Machine, it needs power,it dosnt need food or water to live,it has faster and high qualities. Robots are Independant,it can be in alot of diffrent places and do alot of diffrent thing if you program it .


The 4 components of a robot are:
Power
Activator
Prosessors
Sensor


A robot work if you program it. it also works with its gear pulleys etc.... (Activators)
Also it needs it's power.
It will have to have a sensor or it won't work

My Holiday

Here i am back from the holidays, but i am so happy to be back in school. So what i did in the holiday is mostly go to the beach, shopping. The countries that i went to are switzerland, Geneva and i went to village camp in leysin, we had so much fun there and i made alot of new friends. Then we went to a yacht with my family,we went to countries around the south of france and did alot of water sports. After that we stayed in Cannes for 4 days.Everyday in Cannes we went to the beach. Then again we went back to geneve.after a week or so mycousin invited my to go with her family on a diffrent yatch with alot of diffrent people.The yatch i went on with my uncel was bigger than the last one i went on sicne we hade alot more people.There were alot of diffrent rooms such as a cenima room, a spa and a gym. We were on there for 1 week,we also went to countrys in the south of france but we also went to 2 places in Italy.we then finnaly again came back to Geneve and i stayde there for 2 week then came back to doha and was ready for school.I had a very long and fun holiday we also had a lot of funny memories.

me and my partner finished doin animoto and now we are trying to finish doing the voice thread but scince it always jams when we upload the pictures we always have to start again we also have to do the script. we choose 6 pictures to put in out voice thread we took some of the pictures from our animoto and removed the words. we didnt start recording our voice yet.our animoto as you can see we have finished it blog post under). we really need to finish doing our voice thread scince we have to preform it on front of the class it 3 weeks.

What tasks would it be used for?
It can be used for taking notes with a oen and fliping the screen so it can look like a notebook. Or in the other just taking notes by typing it.Also so you can find the definition words with out using the internet.
Would all students need one?
Yes i think that all students need a laptop so they can finish their work quicker and they might need it also because maybe they saved their work on their laptop and not on ther school account.Also you can finish ur work quicker because you dont have to be in a computer lab you can just be sitting anywere you would like and finish your work . so if you share it would take along time to finish.
How could the use of the technology add value or improve the lesson?
For example:If your using it in English and you need to find out information as fast as possible you can just go to a site and you dont need to find alot of books and try to find the exact thing your looking for it will take along time. But when you are using your HP laptop it will take you maybe 5 min or 2 min more.

The new technology that I am doing about is a HP laptop.
How is it used in everyday life for communication or creativity?
We can use it in everyday life.We can take it to school to help us finish projects or ask for homework on email if were absent. At home we can use it to go online or to find reasearch.We can draw pictures and find pictures as creativity.
Where do you get it? How much does it cost? What are the brands and models available?
To get this you can order it from Amazon or you can buy it at Virgin Mega Store,Jarir bookstore and alot of other places.If you want to order it from Amazon then it will be $1,119.99.If you buy it from Jarir bookstore or Virgin Mega Store then it will be close to 2,000 QR. There are alot of diffrent brands for HP. There are types that you can flip there are types that stay still.

How is it or could it be used for learning at school?

It can help you on your homeworks,projects , searching for information,going on diffrent websites and alot of other things. You can also use dictonary if you dont have a book dictonary and you can find pictures on alot of diffrent.

today i made a new account on twitter it was soo fun you can use twitter to communicate with your friends all around the world.5 ways you can use twitter in school is:
1.You can use it when you want to contact a person who is on the other side of the school.
2.You can talk to a person on twitter about the homework.
3.you can ask your teacher questions
4.If you were absent in school you can ask what they did or what happened what new things they took.
5.And last but not least twitter lets you talk with alot of other people.

New Technology

In the holiday i got a new laptop my dad got it for me. The brand is HP.I used it to chat with my friends and store all my work on.i can use it in school for all my work tht i do i can save stuff on it and keep it as a back up.With it came a mouse the charger,headphones and i remote control.On the laptop it the top of it there is a web cam and at the side of the screen there is a place that when you log in you can slide your finger across it slowly and your loged in but only the person who saved there finger print.It has bluetooth and a wirelees network.
